What a start to 2007 the re-branding of the office from our franchised past since 1993 when we traded as Elders Real Estate and since 1999 with the Raine & Horne Network.
As we enter this new chapter under our new identity justproperties® we’re pleased to announce that the existing staff have never been more enthusiastic. Let’s draw a comparison between traditional auction process and onlineeauctions, the one obvious difference is that we have removed the personal contact with an estate agent/ auctioneer however we have maintained a superior level of personal service. We believe that selling real estate is a process of a willing vendor and a willing purchaser being matched and our system provides this service at a fraction of the cost. The ultimate selling price is set by the number of willing purchasers who wish to purchase the property and supply and demand alternately determines the selling price. our.PROPERTYMANAGEMENT
We’re pleased to say that we are now also managing residential properties and taking a proactive role in ensuring that all residential properties managed by us are certified for pre-tenancy audit reports which looks at the current condition of maintenance, electrical and gas plumbing installations. We do this to ensure that all properties managed by us are safe thus eliminating the possibility of a tenant being injured and having a claim against the landlord. All new residential properties managed by us, we will 1) Commission the three inspection reports 2) Find a suitable tenants 3) Cover all advertising costs for a fixed fee of $500.00 which includes our letting fee.
